The human contact and associated risks come at a cost, which can easily be mitigated.
The Fevalert device can be custom programmed and integrated with all styles of turnstile / tripod and flap access gates, allowing only those with normal body temperature readings / masks/ a combination of both to go through.
This product provides 100 percent hands-free and hygienic door access, and can read body temperature to within 0.17 degrees Celsius for a person up to two feet away. If a fever is detected, or if a mask is not detected, door access can be denied. Faces can be recognized up to eight feet away.
Facial recognition software can also deny access to blacklisted people, and can log new people coming in and out of the premise. The algorithm boasts 98% accuracy, and has the ability to store around 10,000 portraits.
